The boundaries are on the North, SW 184th Street (Eureka Drive), on the West, the east side of the Busway to the coast, on the South, north of 232nd Street, and on the East, the Biscayne Bay National Park, forming a Town of approximately 10 square miles. After incorporation the village of Cutler Bay has seen a good deal of improvement in both infrastructure and services and is a wonderful suburban community in Southeast Miami-Dade county.
