Village of Pinecrest
The Village of Pinecrest is located East of U.S. 1 between S.W. 88th Avenue (Kendall Drive) and S.W. 136th Street in Southeast Miami-Dade County.
It was established as its own municipality in 1996. It is home to over 18,000 residents and is a suburb of Miami. It is close to downtown Miami and the Miami international airport.
Pinecrest is known for mostly single family homes on large lots (1/2 acre-over and acre) and great schools and parks. Homes in Pinecrest
The former Parrot Jungle is in Pinecrest and is now known as Pinecrest Gardens.
